Biography

2016 SEASON: Was a first-team All-GLVC honoree...started all 11 games at defensive end for the Bearcats...was third on the team with 61 tackles, which included 30 solo stops...posted a career-best 10 tackles at Southwest Baptist on Oct. 1...was third on the squad in both tackles for loss (13 1/2) and quarterback sacks (8)...had 1 1/2 sacks at Lincoln on Oct. 29 and 2 1/2 tackles for loss in the same contest...had a team-leading four forced fumbles, including one in each of the Bearcats' first three games of the season...notched his first career interception versus Missouri S&T on Oct. 22...added one pass break-up, one fumble recovery and four quarterback hurries.

2015 SEASON: Played in all 10 games at defensive end...posted 15 tackles on the year with 12 solos...had a career-high five stops at home against Lincoln on Oct. 31...added four tackles for loss (including three versus Lincoln) and a pair of quarterback sacks...broke up four passes, with two coming against Truman State on Nov. 14.

2014 SEASON: Was in a regular rotation at tight end for the Bearcats...caught 11 passes for 84 yards and a pair of touchdowns...enjoyed a breakout game against William Jewell on Nov. 1 with season-high totals of four receptions for 45 yards and both TD catches...was tied for fourth on the squad in TD receptions...also added three tackles on special teams along with a forced fumble.

BEFORE McK: Previously played at George Westinghouse College Prep...earned All-Conference honors all four years with the Warriors.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Georgia Cook.
