2012 SEASON: Collected All-Conference honors during the Bearcats' first season as members of the GLVC...finished fifth in season-ending GLVC Championships...turned in third place performances at Rose-Hulman Pre-Nationals meet in October...registered three top-20 efforts in five meets.
2011 SEASON: Was a redshirt...did not compete for McKendree.
2010 SEASON: Was an NAIA All-American after finishing 26th at the NAIA Cross Country Championships in November...earned All-Conference honors by finishing second in American Midwest Conference Meet...led the Bearcats to a conference championship and a berth in the NAIA national meet...posted three top-10 finishes during the season.
2009 SEASON: Helped the Bearcats to an AMC championship and a berth at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships...finished a season-best 12th in the AMC Meet.
PERSONAL: Is the son of Greg and Shirley DeLong.
