Tim was a player and later a coach for the Bearcat soccer program from the mid-1990s through the early 2000s. During his playing career, Tim posted a goals-against average of 1.22, which ranks second on the Bearcat’s all-time record list. He recorded a program-record 23 victories during his two years in goal at McKendree. At the time of his induction, Tim ranks second all-time in career saves with 319 and third in shutouts with eight. He also holds the Bearcats’ single-season save record with 172 and ranks second and third in single-game saves with 17 and 14, respectively.
Upon graduation, Tim served as a Bearcat assistant coach while playing professional soccer for the Lafayette Swampcats and the St. Louis Ambush.
