Senior middle hitter Carrie Brickey (St. Louis, Mo./Rosati-Kain) earned the Mama Gusto's Female Athlete of the Week award for Oct. 25. She was named the AMC Volleyball Player of the Week after she averaged nearly three kills per set and posted a hitting percentage of .423 in leading the Bearcats to a trio of AMC match victories on the week. Brickey posted a total of 29 kills on the week and added 10 digs, nine blocks, four assists and two service aces.
