(LEBANON, Ill., April 5)—The McKendree College men’s tennis team had its three-match win streak snapped Thursday at home by Lindenwood University, 5-4.
The Bearcats and Lions split their six singles contests, but Lindenwood managed wins in two of the three doubles matches to come away with the win. The loss sends McKendree to 3-2 on the season. The Bearcats will return to action Friday and Saturday at the Hack Kellner Classic, which is being hosted by the University of Illinois at Springfield. Matches on both days are slated to begin at 10 a.m.
