McKendree extended its win streak to five games to move to 5-7 on the year. The Bearcats and Tigers will close out a three-game weekend series with a single game Saturday at Hypes Field. First pitch is set for noon.

Davinroy dropped a bunt single down the third-base line with one out, and Dickman followed with a single to left field. Peppenhorst stepped up next and blasted a three-run home to put the Bearcats in front 3-2.
McKendree added a pair of unearned runs in the fourth inning before scoring three more times in the fifth inning, highlighted by a two-run homer from Davinroy.
