(LEBANON, Ill., March 31)—The McKendree University men's tennis team improved to 5-1 on the spring season with an 8-1 victory Tuesday at Missouri Baptist University.

The Bearcats swept through doubles play, then took five of the six singles contests in cruising to their second win of the year against the Spartans. McKendree will be in Edwardsville, Ill., on Wednesday for a match at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
