(LEBANON, Ill., April 6)—The McKendree University men's tennis team improved to 12-2 overall with a narrow 5-4 victory Friday against Carthage College. The match was played at Washington University in St. Louis.
McKendree dominated singles action, taking four of the six contests while posting a victory at No. 2 doubles to record the win. The Bearcats are now 12-2 on the year and will be on the road in western Missouri Saturday for non-conference matches at William Jewell College and Missouri Valley College.
