(LEBANON, Ill., Oct. 29)—The McKendree University hockey team posted its second win in as many nights with a 4-1 victory Saturday over Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (Silver) at the East Alton Ice Arena.
Four different players scored in leading the Bearcats to the weekend sweep of the Cougars. McKendree also defeated SIUE (Silver) 7-0 on Friday night. The Bearcats are now 3-3 on the season and will continue their six-game home stand Friday with a match against Purdue University. Game time is TBA.
In Saturday's win, McKendree grabbed a 1-0 lead with 14:47 left in the first period on a goal by junior wing

J. David Coleman (Budapest, Hungary/Fort Zumwalt West).
Hartung finished off the scoring with an unassisted goal in the early stages of the third period.
Senior
Nathan Campo (Westmont, IL/Downers Grove South) capped a stellar weekend in goal, stopping 27 of 28 Cougar shots to earn the victory. Campo notched his first collegiate shutout Friday night, when he also registered 27 saves in the 7-0 win.
