(PEORIA, Ill., Oct. 31)—The McKendree University men's basketball team snapped a six-game winless streak with a 7-6, come-from-behind victory over Bradley University at the Owens Center in Peoria, Ill.
Senior forward
Dylan Mueth (Lebanon, IL/Wesclin ) netted the lone goal of the third period to break a 6-6 tie and lift the Bearcats to the win. McKendree is now 5-7-1 on the year and will take on Bradley again Saturday afternoon to wrap up a two-game weekend series.

Brett Maggio (Collinsville, IL/Triad) and freshman forward
Jacob Young (Arnold, MO/Fox) each scored two goals in the win for McKendree. Freshman forwards

Ethan Gremminger (O'Fallon, MO/Fort Zumwalt North) each had two assists for the Bearcats.
Bradley took a 1-0 lead before Graf netted the equalizer with just under six minutes left in the first period. The Braves jumped back in front at 3-1 later in the period before Maggio's first goal helped bring the Bearcats back within 3-2. In the opening minutes of the second period, Young found the back of the net on the power play for his first tally of the night to knot the contest at 3-3.
Once again, Bradley responded with a pair of goals to regain a two-goal advantage at 5-3. Young netted another power-play goal with 8:20 left in the period off a pass from Mueth before Maggio scored 20 seconds later to quickly tie the contest for a third time at 5-5.
After the Braves surged back in front at 6-5, Beilke scored his first goal as a Bearcat off an assist from Graf to tie the game at 6-6 with 1:59 left until the second intermission. Mueth scored his game-winner with 6:06 left to play, with assists going to Csanyi and freshman forward
