(LEBANON, Ill., Nov. 9)—For the second consecutive game, the McKendree University hockey team dominated the scoring column and the stat sheet in posting a 10-0 victory Sunday morning at home against Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
The Bearcats registered 60 shots on goal in Sunday's game while sophomore goalie
Trevor Klostermann (Highland, IL/Highland) notched his second straight shutout in goal against the Cougars. McKendree moves to 7-8-1 overall and will have a week off before hosting Iowa State University Nov. 21-22 for a two-game weekend series.

Dylan Mueth (Lebanon, IL/Wesclin ), who netted five goals in Friday night's 15-0 triumph over SIUE, continued his scoring hot streak with three more tallies in Sunday's win. Mueth also added a pair of assists in the contest. Freshman forward
Billy Lamb (St. Louis, MO/St. Mary's) scored the first two goals of his collegiate career for the Bearcats, while freshman defenseman Nick Brendal also scored his first McKendree goal on Sunday.

Austin McEwen (Caseyville, IL/Collinsville) also scored goals on Sunday for McKendree. Sizer also chipped in with a pair of assists in the effort.
Between the pipes, Klostermann faced just 20 shots in collecting his second straight shutout. He made nine saves in the Bearcats' 15-goal win on Friday.
On Sunday, Sizer and Brendal scored the first two goals before Mueth found the back of the net with just over two minutes left in the first period to give McKendree a 3-0 lead at the intermission. Whitt and Falls were next up on the scoring list in the second period before Lamb tallied in the final minute of the second and early in the third period to give the Bearcats a 7-0 advantage.
