(Warrensburg, Mo., Feb. 9) – The McKendree University men's wrestling team continued to dominate the mat as they took down University of Central Missouri 42-0 this evening.

The Bearcats move to 15-5 overall and increase their win streak to six, the longest of the season.

Central Missouri started the dual with a forfeit at 125 to give the McKendree the lead and the Bearcats never looked back.
NaQuan Hardy (Romeoville, Ill./Romeoville) (133) followed with a pin fall over John Feeney in the first period to increase the lead to 12-0.
Riley Beard (Chillicothe, Ill./Illinois Valley Central) (141) made this season's dual debut with an 11-9 decision to keep the Mules off the scoreboard.
Isaiah Kemper (Evansville, Ind./Central) (149) and No. 3 Ryan Strope (Westphalia, Mo./Fatima) (157) posted tech fall victories to gain bonus points for the Bearcats.
Brock Wingbermuehle (Imperial, Mo./Seckman High School )'s (165) dual record remains untarnished as a Bearcat as he posted an 8-4 decision victory.
Qian'te Wagner (Alton, Ill./Alton) (174) followed with a 3-1 decision of his own to move the McKendree score to 31-0.
Nick Foster (Belleville, IL) wrestled up at 184 pounds to post an 8-0 major decision to gain bonus points. J.J. Filipek (Warrenton, Mo./Warrenton) followed with a major decision of his own at 197 pounds.
Christian Boyles (Blue Springs, Mo./Blue Springs South) (285) closed out the Bearcat shutout with a 6-2 decision in the heavyweight match-up.

The men's wrestling team is back in action on Sunday as they travel to Maryville University for the Lombardi Duals. McKendree takes on Notre Dame College (OH) at noon and Ouachita Baptist University at 4:00 p.m.
