2019: Competed in 10 meets… recorded new personal bests in the 110H (14.80) and 400H (57.19) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships… earned first place in the 110H at the GLVC Championships… member of the 4x400M relay team that finished second at the GLVC Outdoor Championships

2018: Competed in 10 meets… competed in both the 110H as well as the 400H at the GLVC Outdoor Championships coming in fifth place in the 110H and eighth place in the 400H.... Earned fifth place in the 60M hurdles at the Indoor GLVC Outdoor Championships. 

2017: Competed in 10 meets… finished 6th in the 110H at the GLVC Championships... ran a personal best in the 200M (23.67)... finished in 8th place in the 60H at the GLVC Indoor Championships

BEFORE McK: Was a state qualifier in both the 110-meter and 300-meter hurdles as a senior at Hillcrest High School…posted a personal best of 14.97 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles and 40.01 seconds in the 300-meter event for the Hawks…set a sectional meet record with his 300-meter hurdle effort…was an All-Conference performer in both the 110-meter hurdles and the 4 x 100-meter relay as a senior…notched personal bests of 8.7 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles during the indoor season as a senior and was invited to the Illinois Top Times Indoor Championships.
