BEFORE McK: Was an All-Conference athlete since Junior High, where she was 2nd-in-state in 7th grade and 3rd-in-state in 8th grade. At Greenville High School she was an All-Conference honoree all four years. As a freshman for the Comets she recorded 37ft in shot...102ft in discus. As a sophomore she recorded 39'9" in shot...105ft in discus...finished 9th-in-state that year. As a junior she recorded 38ft in shot...118ft in discus. And her final season as a Comets she recorded 38ft in shot...114ft in discus.
