Before McK: Was a 2x varsity athlete at North Fayette Valley...2x Conference & Sectional Tournament Champion...State Qualifier, made Second-Team All-State, and came in second-place at Conference Tournament during his senior season...was the first TigerHawk to qualify for State Tournament...3x First-Team All-Conference...was a four-year varsity bowler.

Personal: Is the son of Karla and Ray Gavin.
