Before McK: Was a two-time state placer for Battle Ground High School...was runner-up at 106 pounds as a senior and finished in seventh place at 100 lbs. as a junior...was a two-time All-Region selection for the Tigers...finished in eighth place at Fargo Junior Nationals at 112 pounds...also wrestles for North County Bobcats wrestling club.
