BEFORE McK: Attended Rantoul Township High School in Rantoul, Ill...participated in basketball, baseball and fishing...selected as the Male Scholar Athlete of the Year during his junior year...during his senior year, took second place in the state bass fishing championship and qualified for the high school National Bassmaster competition...selected as the Illini Prairie Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year...member of National Honor Society for two years.
PERSONAL: Born Aug. 8...son of Lance and Trisha Freeman...majoring in Business with a minor in Marketing...has one sister, Ashlee...lists the Chicago Cubs as his favorite sports team.
