Jolynn Harris joined the Swimming and Diving staff as a graduate assistant in August 2022 after graduating from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colo. Harris was on the diving and wrestling teams during her three years at CMU after spending her freshman year at the University of Iowa.
 
BEFORE McK: While at CMU, Harris set records in the 11-dive one-meter competition (478.57) and the six-dive three-meter competition (293.17). She earned All-American and First Team All-RMAC honors four times in addition to two CoSIDA Academic All-American honors. In 2021, Harris was named Colorado College Diver of the Year at the Sportswomen of Colorado awards. Her senior year, she was named the 2022 RMAC Diver of the Year. The RMAC awarded Harris Diver of the Week five times during her three years.
 
Harris was a four-time conference champion and two-time district champion at Abraham Lincoln High School in Des Moines, Iowa. She qualified for state championships four times and placed in three of those appearances.
 
PERSONAL: Harris is the daughter of Linda Harris and the late John Harris. She also has a brother, John Jr., and a sister, Mackenzie.
