(LEBANON, Ill., April 21)—The McKendree University men's tennis team picked up its third consecutive victory with a 6-3 triumph Thursday afternoon at Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tenn.
The Bearcats, ranked No. 20 in the NAIA, won two matches on Thursday, having already earned an 8-1 victory Thursday morning against Campbellsville University. McKendree is now 17-2 on the season.
Against Cumberland, McKendree won four of the six singles matches. The Bearcats also took two of the three doubles contests against the Bulldogs, who are now 7-5 overall.
