(LEBANON, Ill., April 8)—The McKendree University men's tennis team collected its 14th consecutive victory on Thursday, rolling to an 8-1 decision on the road at Lindenwood University-Belleville.
The Bearcats, ranked No. 18 in the NAIA, swept through doubles play and took five of six singles matches to improve to 14-1 overall. McKendree will look to avenge its only loss of the spring season on Saturday when it visits Washington University in St. Louis. The Bears handed McKendree a 7-2 defeat back on Feb. 12 at Kings Point Tennis Club. Washington University is ranked No. 5 in NCAA Division III.
