Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 (LEBANON, Ill., March 23)- The McKendree University softball team dropped both games of a Great Lakes Valley Conference doubleheader to No. 2 University of Indianapolis.

The Bearcats fall to 4-13 overall and 2-7 in the GLVC, and will travel to St. Louis, Mo., on Wednesday, March 27 at 2 p.m. for a doubleheader at Missouri Baptist University.

McKendree lost game one, 6-0, before dropping game two, 9-0, in six innings. The Bearcats couldn't match the Greyhounds offense in the series with the Bearcat's lone hit of the day coming on a single by junior second baseman Ashley Scheffler (Elgin, Ill./Burlington Central) in the third inning of game one.
