Box Score (LEBANON, Ill., April 14)- The McKendree University women's lacrosse team lost to No. 5 Rollins College 19-3 on Sunday afternoon.

The Bearcats fall to 1-11 overall and will host Colorado Mesa University for a Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association match on Thursday, April 18 at 5 p.m.

Freshman attacker Rianne Holzmeyer (Hazelwood, Mo./Hazelwood West) scored McKendree's lone goal of the first half, her 20th of the season, while freshmen midfielder's Shirley Boland (St. Louis, Mo./Ursuline Academy) and Janelle Woods (Hazelwood, Mo./Hazelwood West) both scored goals in the second half. Boland's goal was her 14th of the season, while Woods' was the first of her collegiate career. Boland also had a team-high six draw controls in the game. Freshman goalie Kelly Eastman (O'Fallon, Ill./O'Fallon Township) had seven saves and four ground balls in the loss.
