(OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., Oct. 24)- The No. 7 McKendree University women's wrestling team posted a 4-0 record on Friday to advance to Saturday's gold bracket at the Cliff Keen/Oklahoma City Duals.

The Bearcats will face No. 3 Lindenwood University in its first match on Saturday in the gold bracket.

McKendree started the day with a 38-10 victory over No. 11 Menlo College, before picking up back-to-back wins over alternate teams from Lindenwood University, 37-7, and University of the Cumberlands, 33-10. The Bearcats ended the day with a 23-17 win over No. 4 Campbellsville University in the last match of the day.

Junior Ashley Miles (Katy, Texas, Morton Ranch) and freshman Alexis Porter (Ballston Lake, N.Y., Shenendehowa High School) both posted 4-0 records on Friday, while sophomore Olivia Seppinni (Rocklin, Calif., Rocklin) and junior Hailee Lilly (Sanford, N.C., Lee County) were both 3-0 on the day.
