(OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., Oct. 25)- The No. 7 McKendree University women's wrestling team split its four matches in the Gold Bracket at the Cliff Keen/Oklahoma City University Duals on Saturday to finish in fifth place.

The Bearcats are now 9-6 overall and will host No. 3 Lindenwood University on Nov. 4 at 7 p.m.

McKendree dropped its first match of the day, 28-17, to No. 3 Lindenwood, but bounced back to defeat No. 5 Wayland Baptist University, 22-15. The Bearcats lost its third match to No. 6 Simon Fraser University, 28-12, and finished the day with a 26-19 win over No. 3 Lindenwood to finish in fifth place.
