Box Score (LEBANON, Ill., Jan. 10)- The McKendree University women's basketball team dropped a Great Lakes Valley Conference matchup to Quincy on Saturday 63-47.

The Bearcats fall to 1-11 overall and 0-4 in the GLVC and will travel to Romeoville, Ill., on Thursday to face No. 1 Lewis University on Thursday, Jan. 15 at 5:30 p.m.

McKendree faced a 21-10 deficit at the 11:15 mark of the first half, but battle back and cut the score to 22-21 with 6:16 left until the half. The score stayed that way until Quincy hit a three with 1:41 left and the Bearcats went into the break trailing 30-23. McKendree shot 40.9-percent from the field in the second half, but were unable to find  its range from beyond the arc down the stretch in the loss.

Sophomore Emily Pusheck (South Milwaukee, Wis./South Milwaukee) led McKendree with 12 points and a season-high nine rebounds.
