(LEBANON, Ill., Jan. 2)- The McKendree University women's basketbal team will open up the new year on the road on Saturday with its final non-conference game of the season.

The Bearcats travel to Oakland City, Ind., to play Oakland City University at 1 p.m.

SCOUTING THE LADY OAKS: Oakland City University enters Saturday's game with an overall record of 4-6. The Lady Oaks have lost back-to-back games, including a loss to McKendree in Lebanon, 77-44, back on December 16. Junior guard Chelsea Jellison leads Oakland City with 9.5 points/game this season.
