(LEBANON, Ill., Jan. 27)- The McKendree University women's basketball team will will be looking to continue its winning ways this weekend with a pair of Great Lakes Valley Conference games at home.

The Bearcats host University of Wisconsin-Parkside on Thursday at 5:30 p.m., before hosting No. 9 Lewis University on Saturday at 1 p.m.

SCOUTING THE RANGERS: UW-Parkside enters the week with an overall record of 11-6 with a 5-4 mark in the GLVC. The Rangers split their conference games last week, losing 75-73 against Bellarmine University on Thursday, before posting a 72-60 win over University of Southern Indiana on Saturday. Senior forward Stephanie Furr leads UW-Parkside with 12.6 points and 6.3 rebounds/game.

SCOUTING THE FLYERS: Lewis University enters the week ranked No. 9 in NCAA Division II with an overall record 18-1 with a 9-0 mark in the GLVC. The Flyers picked up two wins last week, 76-47 over Southern Indiana and 83-73 over Bellarmine, and pushed their winning streak to 13-straight games. Senior forward Mariyah Brawner-Henley leads Lewis with 19.7 points and 11.6 rebounds/game.
