(Evansville, Ind., October 25) – The McKendree University men's soccer team concluded the 2017 campaign as they fell to the University of Southern Indiana 2-1 this afternoon.
In the contest Southern Indiana out shot the Bearcats 10-8 with each team putting three shots on frame.
Southern Indiana struck first in the 16 minute of play when Brandon Williams found the back of the net from outside the box.
In the 30 minute of play Justin Brooks extended the lead to 2-0 as he collected a pass inside the box to find the back of the net.
Prince Kabadeh (Ivory Coast, Africa/Desmet Jesuit) would net his second goal of the season to cut the Southern Indiana lead to 2-1 in the 85 minute of play.
Callum Kiddell (Auckland, New Zealand/Mount Albert ) would assist on the goal.

Brett Niedzwiecki (Collinsville, IL/Collinsville High School) who totaled one save in the match.
