(LEBANON, Ill., Feb. 19) – The McKendree University tennis teams were defeated by Saint Louis University at St. Clair Tennis Club in O'Fallon, Ill. over the weekend. The McKendree men fell 8-1 to Saint Louis, while the women lost 8-0.
 
The McKendree men fall to 2-4 overall this season, and the Bearcat women fall to 0-4 on the season. The teams are back in action on Feb. 23 against Missouri Valley College, Feb. 24 against Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) opponent William Jewell College, and again on Feb. 25 against GLVC opponent Rockhurst University.
