(KIRKSVILLE, Mo., Apr. 14) - The McKendree University softball team will travel to the campus of Truman State to take on the Bulldogs in a Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) doubleheader this Monday, April 15.

The Bearcats enter Monday's competition at 18-24 overall and 3-13 in GLVC play after most recently falling in two games to the Hawks of Quincy University this past Saturday, April 13. McKendree aims to snap their four-game GLVC losing streak against Truman State.

The Bulldogs of Truman State are currently 23-10 overall and 9-9 in the GLVC after most recently sweeping the Prairie Stars of Illinois-Springfield this past Saturday, April 13. Monday's doubleheader will begin at 1 p.m. CST with game two beginning approximately at 3 p.m.
