(LEBANON, Ill., Sept. 27) – The McKendree University women's hockey will play host to the defending American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) defending champion, Liberty University this Sunday, Sept. 29 at the McKendree Metro Rec Plex. Puck drop is slated for 1:00p.m.
The contest marks the first of three matchups between the Bearcats and Liberty. The two squads will face off again Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 when McKendree travels to Lynchburg, Va.
McKendree opened up its season last Saturday, Sept. 21 against Lindenwood-Belleville. The Bearcats were defeated by the visiting Lynx, 3-1. Senior

The visiting Flames will open up their season on Friday, Sept. 27 with a two game series at Lindenwood-Belleville.
