How It Happened
After a scoreless first half, the Bearcats would have opportunities to score at the start of the second half
. James Stone (Eastbourne, England/Bede's Sixth Form College) would have a shot saved at the 48
th minute and
Eddie Davis (Arundel, England/Amersham College) would miss high and left over the net soon after.Â

With the game still tied and and the minutes ticking away the Hawks would score the game's only goal. Quincy's Aubrey Reis would find the back of the net in the 85
th minute. McKendree could not come up with the equalizer and dropped its season record to 1-2-1 on the year.Â
