The McKendree women's D1 hockey team is set to compete in the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) 2021 National Championship this weekend. The ACHA Women's Hockey Committee announced the 6 teams that will be competing for the National Championship the week of April 15th-19th.

Due to COVID restrictions, the 2021 ACHA Tournaments will be held at various host locations, instead of a central location, as in the past four seasons. Women's Division 1 will be playing at the Maysa Arena in Minot, ND.

The Bearcats will first compete against Midland University on Thursday, April 15^th at 10:00am. Their second game is on Friday, April 16^th at 4:00pm against Liberty University. McKendree's final preliminary game will be on Saturday, April 17^th at 1:00pm against Minot State University. If the Bearcats advance to the semi-finals, they will be hosted on Sunday, April 18^th, followed by the championship game on Monday at 7:00pm.
