LEBANON, Ill. - The McKendree University co-ed dance team has announced the opening of registration for its First Summer Recruitment Event that will be held at the Melvin Price Convocation Center. This is a great opportunity for high school dance team members as well as studio dancers to come and get a glimpse of what goes into being a college dancer.
The McKendree University Dance Team will host 3 recruitment events this season. The first Session will take place over the summer on Sunday, June 25th 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m., the second session will be in the fall semester on November 19th, and the final session will be held spring semester on April 28th.
The camps are CO-ED and open to dancers entering ninth through twelfth grade and all recruits attending will receive a t-shirt and individual instruction on technique from a member of the dance team, learn a sideline as well as a jazz & hip hop combinations.
