Women's Volleyball Concludes Season at GLVC Tournament

WILLIAMSVILLE, Ill. - The McKendree University women's volleyball wrapped up their season at the GLVC Tournament, falling to Quincy University in three sets.

The Hawks completed the three-set triumph with scores of 25-16, 25-19, and 25-21.

Leading the way for the Bearcats was senior setter Amber Williams, recording a double-double with 19 assists and 18 digs. Offensively, graduate student right-side Colleen Preusser and junior outside hitter Destiny Gray each tallied eight kills. Senior outside hitter Emma McIlhargie chipped in with six kills. 

Defensively, Gray and Preusser notched in 12 and nine digs, respectively. Freshman middle blocker Avery Guisinger added four blocks while junior middle blocker Hannah Kampwerth added three.
