ST. LOUIS, Mo. - McKendree University women's tennis played its second-to-last regular season match on Friday afternoon, falling to the University of Missouri-St. Louis 5-1. The Bearcats move to 7-10 overall and 2-2 in conference play as they play another road match on April 27 at Maryville.  

McKendree took the doubles point for the match as fifth-year senior Viola Cipriani and senior Camilla Fonseca won 6-4 in the No.1 match. In the No.2 match, sophomore Iva Poleksic and junior Sofija Djunisijevic took a 6-1 victory while seniors Rhyan Cook and Maria Vitoria Salomao posted a 5-2 win in the No.3 match.
