LEBANON, Ill. - On the McKendree Athletic Diversity and Inclusion Committee (MADIC), we believe that education is the key to fostering understanding and acceptance among all members of our McKendree Athletics community.  We are committed to supporting our diverse student-athlete population by providing resources and programs celebrating their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Mission Statement
McKendree University Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Committee (MADIC) comprises student-athletes assembled to provide insight and guidance on creating a more diverse and accepting community. This committee is committed to working together to create an even more welcoming environment for everyone on Mckendree's campus. Comprised of general members and seven executive board members, MADIC has diverse representation from each of our programs.
