O'FALLON, Ill. – McKendree University men's tennis team fell to Tiffin University on Saturday, and Southwest Baptist University on Sunday, both 3-4.

McKendree 3, Tiffin University 4

Against Tiffin University, the Bearcats tab the doubles point, with No. 2 duo sophomores Mathijs Aalpol and Stepan Mach taking down Marionneau and Dreisner 6-2. No. 1 duo junior Bendix Schroeder and sophomore Felix Diedrichs secure the doubles point defeating Portillo and Ritz 6-3.

In singles play, Diedrichs posts a 6-4, 6-4 win in the No. 2 spot. Freshman Bastian Post sealed another win on the day in the No. 5 singles match over Perucchini in two sets.

McKendree 3, Southwest Baptist University 4

Against Southwest Baptist University, the Bearcats drop all three doubles matches, 6-4, 6-4, and 6-3.

In singles play, sophomore Stepan Mach takes down Radoman in two sets. Junior Bendix Schroeder posted a win over Bravo Diaz going three sets.  The last win of the day comes from freshman Bastian Post, defeating Morresi in two sets.
