INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. | Great Lakes Valley Conference - McKendree University women's wrestling continues its postseason while earning numerous inaugural All-GLVC honors, including all three major awards with 131 Cameron Guerin grabbing Wrestler of the Year, 103 Heather Crull earning Freshman of the Year, and head coach Alexio Garcia receiving Coach of the Year. Additionally, nine Bearcats were named First Team with one getting the Second Team nod. McKendree won the inaugural GLVC Championship this season, going undefeated in the regular season competition to collect the inaugural title. The Bearcats tallied 10 National Qualifiers at Lindenwood this past Sunday, adding the Regional Title with all 10 wrestlers punching tickets to nationals with alld 10 winning their weight class. McKendree heads north to Coralville, Iowa on March 6-7 for the inaugural NCAA Women's Wrestling National Championships, the 91st NCAA Championship, at Xtreme Arena.
