McKendree University Athletics

2019 SEASON: Averaged 37.8 yards on 45 punts...booted a season-long 70-yard punt at Truman State on Nov. 2, becoming just the third McKendree punter with an effort of at least 70 yards...pinned 15 of his kicks inside the opponents' 20-yard line...named to the Academic All-GLVC squad.

2018 SEASON: Was a redshirt for the Bearcats...earned Academic All-Conference honors from the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

BEFORE McK: Made 77 extra points and booted three field goals as a senior at Highland High School...averaged 37.6 yards per punt as a senior for the Bulldogs...set a team record for most PAT's made in a playoff game with 11...registered the single-season points record for a kicker in program history with 86 as a senior...was a first-team All-Conference selection as both a punter and kicker as a senior...earned All-Area accolades along with Academic All-State mention as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Jim and Ronda Bugger...is also a member of the Bearcats' baseball program.
