BEFORE McK: Alcala spent four seasons on the Madison Grant High School softball team in the outfield. She ended her senior season with a .447 average and a .552 OBP. During her freshman year as an Argyll, her team was Sectional and Regional Champions... All-Conference honors... All-CIC for three seasons (sophomore, junior and senior).

PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Audrey and Felix Alcala.
