Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2012): Saw action at both first base and on the mound...played in 19 games at first base with 12 starts...batted .186 with five doubles, one home run and six runs batted in...had a pair of multi-hit games...appeared in nine games out of the bullpen with no record and a 10.80 earned-run average.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Split time at the varsity and JV level...played in 32 varsity games with 10 starts at first base...batted .152 with seven RBI...hit .290 with three doubles, a home run and five runs batted in during JV play.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Posted a .389 batting average with a team-high four home runs along with 17 RBI for the Bearcats’ JV team...also tied for team lead with five doubles.

BEFORE McK: Batted .372 with 37 RBI as a senior at Belleville West High School...also led the Maroons with 11 doubles...was tied for second on squad with three triples...earned Scholar-Athlete accolades...played for coach Lee Meyer.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Dan and Conny Beatty.
