Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2012): Pitched in one game at the varsity level, facing two batters at Drury University.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Made three starts for the junior varsity program...went 0-2 with a 5.91 ERA....limited opponents to a .265 batting average.

2010 SEASON: Was a redshirt for the Bearcats’ JV program.

AS A FRESHMAN (2009): Pitched in six games for the McKendree junior varsity team...had a record of 0-0 with an ERA of 14.00.

BEFORE McK: Hit .379 with a home run and a team-leading 33 RBI as a senior at Marissa High School...also led team with 20 walks...was 6-0 on the mound with a 2.70 earned-run average and 42 strikeouts...helped lead the Meteors to a state runner-up finish in the Class A Tournament.
