Biography

2014 SEASON: Had a record-breaking year on several fronts on his way to honorable mention All-GLVC honors...set school records with 434 pass attempts, 270 completions, 2,722 passing yards and 3,486 yards of total offense...tied a program mark with 19 passing touchdowns...set new McKendree single-game records with 58 pass attempts versus Saint Joseph's (IN) on Sept. 27 and five TD passes at Lincoln on Nov. 8...tied a team record with 34 completions in the Saint Joseph's contest...threw for a season-high 341 against Saint Joseph's...threw for at least 250 yards in a game five times and topped the 300-yard mark twice...became the Bearcats' all-time leader in pass attempts, completions, yards passing touchdowns and total offense...ranked eighth in NCAA Division II in completions per game (24.6) and 18th in total offense (316.9 YPG)...was No. 2 in the GLVC in passing yards per game (247.5), second in total offense (316.9 YPG) and sixth in passing efficiency (124.3 rating)...was the first quarterback since the program was revived in 1996 to lead the team in rushing for a season, gaining 764 yards on 145 attempts...scored a team-high nine touchdowns on the ground...gained at least 100 yards in a game two times, including a career-high 126-yard effort at Southwest Baptist in Oct. 18...ranked sixth in the conference in rushing (69.5 YPG) and eighth in scoring by a non-kicker (4.9 PPG)...was named GLVC Offensive Player of the Week following his performance at Lincoln (249 passing yards, 5 TDs, 73 rushing yards in just over a half of play).

2013 SEASON: Started all 10 games as the Bearcats' top signal-caller...set new team records for pass attempts (308), completions (189), passing yards (1,961 yards) and passing touchdowns (19)...also established a new team mark with 2,062 yards of total offense...threw for a team-record 375 yards in McKendree's season-opening win at home against Tiffin on Sept. 7...threw three TD passes in four of the Bearcats' final five games of the season...had six games with at least 200 yards passing...rattled off career-long 35-yard run against Quincy on Nov. 2...rushed for 101 yards...earned honorable mention All-GLVC honors.

2012 SEASON: Took over as the Bearcats' starting quarterback midway though the season...completed 78-of-149 passes for 1,033 yards and five touchdowns in eight games...threw for a season-high 187 yards on three different occasions (vs. Missouri S & T, Urbana and Saint Joseph's)...had two TD passes in consecutive games against Urbana and Central State...also rushed for 81 yards and four touchdowns...picked up season-best 51 yards with a score on the ground versus Quincy.

BEFORE McK: Set four career and three season records during his playing days at Washington High School...closed his career as the Panthers' career leader in passing yards (5,187), completions (353) and touchdown passes (54)...threw for 1,851 yards with 18 touchdowns as a senior...completed 55 percent of his pass attempts...also rushed for 529 yards with 10 TD's on the ground as a senior...finished with 10 career interceptions on defense...was a three-time All-Conference selection at quarterback...earned All-Area honors three times as a safety...was an All-State selection as a senior.

PERSONAL: Is the son of John and Dodie Fisher...older brother Austin was a four-year starter at quarterback for McKendree (2008-11).
