Biography

AS A SOPHOMORE (2016): Started 27 games in the outfield among his 39 games played...batted .233 with one home run and eight RBI...only round-tripper of the year was of the game-tying variety March 14 at home against Robert Morris...batted .293 in GLVC play...had an eight-game streak of reaching base during the season...earned Academic All-GLVC accolades.

AS A FRESHMAN (2015): Collected second-team All-GLVC honors...led team with a .344 batting average, three home runs and 23 runs batted in...tied for team lead with five stolen bases...hit a team-best .364 against GLVC foes with three homers and 20 RBI...was second on team with 14 multi-hit contests...at four hits in a March 30 game at Lewis...drove in four runs versus Bellarmine on May 3...hit .405 with runners in scoring position...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2014 SEASON: Sat out the season as a red-shirt. 

BEFORE McK: Batted .465 with 34 runs scored and 22 runs batted in as a senior at St. Bede Academy...also posted a 6-0 record with a 2.06 ERA on the mound for the Bruins...was named the Bureau County Republican Player of the Year for the second consecutive year...hit .485 with an on-base percentage of .560 as a junior...added eight triples, two home runs and 42 RBI over 29 games...was a three-time All-Conference honoree and a two-time All-Area selection...was a three-sport standout at St. Bede.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Ron and Kim Groleau.
