Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2016): Pitched in 12 games, all of which were in relief...had an 0-0 record with a 9.24 ERA in 12 2/3 innings on the mound...had six of his appearances against GLVC competition...received Academic All-GLVC accolades.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015): Appeared in 11 games with four starts...was 0-1 with a 7.33 earned-run average...fanned 20 batters, good for sixth on the squad...held left-handed batters to a .226 average...was a recipient of Academic All-GLVC honors. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2014): Pitched in 10 games with five starts...had an 0-3 record with an 11.39 earned-run average...struck out 19 batters in 27 2/3 innings of work...was named to the Academic All-GLVC squad following the season.

BEFORE McK: Registered a 7-1 record with a 2.57 earned-run average as a senior at Alton High School…tied for team lead in both victories and strikeouts (58)...added two complete games…helped lead the Redbirds to an IHSA Class 4A regional title as a senior...was a third team All-Conference selection and earned honorable mention All-Area honors as a senior...had a 3-2 record with a 2.93 ERA and 39 strikeouts in 30 innings as a junior in 2012.
