BEFORE McK: Played at nearby O'Fallon High School...batted .429 as a junior for the Panthers…also plays with Southern Illinois Batters' Box, where he collected a .395 summer average with two home runs and 13 RBI in his senior season…member of the National Honor Society and National Spanish Honor Society at O'Fallon.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Nick and Kristy Breyer.
