AS A SOPHOMORE (2015): Was a member of the Bearcats' junior varsity program. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2014): Played for the McKendree junior varsity program.

BEFORE McK: Starred at nearby Lebanon High School for former Bearcat Dave Causey…batted .375 with 16 RBI and a team-best six doubles as a senior for the Greyhounds…was 1-1 on the mound with a 1.95 ERA and a team-high two saves in 14.1 innings of work…paced Lebanon to an undefeated record in conference play and a regional championship as a senior…earned first-team All-Conference honors following senior season and also grabbed honorable mention All-Area honors…helped Lebanon to a third-place finish at the IHSA Class A state championship as a freshman in 2010...was a four-year varsity starter at Lebanon.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Scott and Karen Christ.
