AS A JUNIOR (2016): Was tied for second on the team with 15 appearances on the mound, which included one start...led the Bearcats with four saves while tying for second on the squad with three victories...was 3-2 overall with a 4.29 earned-run average...struck out 17 batters in 21 innings of work...combined with two teammates on a five-hit shutout in a 1-0 triumph at Illinois Springfield on March 26...collected Academic All-GLVC honors.

BEFORE McK: Transferred to McKendree from Independence Community College...helped Bishop Carroll High School to consecutive Kansas state tournament championship game appearances, including a state title as a junior...was the winning pitcher in the Golden Eagles' state championship triumph as a junior...was also a star receiver on the Bishop Carroll football team that earned a state championship as a senior.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Ron and Jackie Henning.
