Biography

BEFORE McK: Lost his senior season due to COVID and was named Garrett Williams Leadership Award recipient as a junior for Pinckneyville Community High School. That year, Carter posted a .319 BA, .387 OBP, 25 R, 19 SB, 3 RBI, and .950 fielding percentage.  As a sophomore, Carter recorded a .333 BA, .350 OBP, 10 R, 5 RBI, 6 SB, and .930 fielding percentage. Carter led the  Panthers to a win over theNo.1 seeded team in the Regional Semifinals, by going 3 for 5 with two runs scored and a go-ahead RBI in the 8th inning. Carter also played for Batters Box Scout Baseball Team.
